Meet Our Counselors
Lucinda Rathbun, Marriage Family Therapy Intern – Lucinda is retired Air Force. She is finished with her intern therapy hours and is waiting to take the licensing exam. She graduated with her Masters Degree from Chapman University in 2009. Lucinda specializes in PTSD, Domestic Violence, and Dual Diagnosis. She has vast experience with the topics of co-dependency and self esteem. Lucinda has been working with Harmony Health Family Resource Center for almost 3 years now.
Theresa Schulte, Marriage Family Therapy Trainee – Theresa has been studying Psychology for over 4 years. She is currently working on her Masters degree in Psychology from Brandman University. She is a Practicum student who is working on her finishing her hours for the university to obtain her Masters degree. Theresa specializes in Grief counseling and individual therapy.
Marcy Topinko, Marriage Family Therapy Trainee – Marcy has been studying psychology for over 4 years. She is currently working on her Masters degree in Psychology from Brandman University. She is a Practicum student who is working on finishing her hours for the university to obtain her Masters degree. Marcy has extensive experience in the area of drug and alcohol. She is CADAC certified and runs a Transitional Living business. Her specialty is Dual-Diagnosis.
Heather Bartlett, Marriage Family Therapy Intern – Heather has been studying psychology for over 4 years. She double minored in family dynamics and sexual diversities. Heather is currently in the process of obtaining her 3,000 hours required by the state of California. She graduated with her Masters Degree from Chapman University in 2011. She specializes trauma intervention and domestic violence. She also has a lot of experience with youth. Heather has been working with Harmony Health Family Resource Center for almost a year now.
